PP POS is a subscription-based software (SaaS) that provides tools for sales, inventory, and business management.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• PP POS offers subscription plans billed monthly.
• Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Free trials may be offered and will automatically convert to paid plans unless canceled.

• Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways.
• PP POS does not store or handle your card information.
• You authorize recurring billing based on your selected plan.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Access will remain active until the end of the billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the system for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

PP POS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data.

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may update pricing, features, or terms at any time with prior notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
